I have a broad range of clinical experience, including community mental health, inpatient/crisis settings in multiple roles, residential treatment, and individual psychotherapy in an outpatient setting. I work with teens, tweens, young adults, and mature adults. I have been instrumental in helping many patients to overcome and manage their symptoms of anxiety disorders, depression, disordered eating, and mood disorders. I possess specialty experience with eating disorders and OCD.

I will offer fresh and reflective perceptions to enable you to realize constructive long-term adjustments within yourself and those around you. I utilize the following treatment modalities: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Behavioral Therapy (SFBT), and Strength Based Therapy.
Experience
I received my Bachelor of Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University. I received my Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. I have worked in acute crisis hospital settings and residential treatment before joining private practice. I work with people across the lifespan experiencing anxiety, behavioral problems, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders and anxiety disorders. My devotion and zeal for this facilitating profession strengthen my interest in expanding my skill set and attempting new approaches to helping others heal. I keep an open mind to learning techniques to assist people in achieving long-term sustainable success in their lives.
