It’s time to heal! I want to work with you on your recovery journey.

I have specialized in healing people of all ages through traumatic experiences including abuse issues. My background spans over 25 years working with substance abuse disorders, and mental illness such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders (including panic attacks), schizophrenia, and schizoaffective disorders. My goal is to help you reach your true potential by overcoming your barriers.

I look forward to meeting you and developing a supportive relationship.

Background and Approach

My goal in counseling is to provide a holistic approach.  I focus on how the mind and body work together and bring this knowledge to sessions. Mindfulness is a main tool I use to teach people to become more balanced, focused, free from anxiety, and depression. Although not formally trained in art, I use art as a technique to help clients express themselves and discover their underlying issues. Another tool that I use is  cognitive therapy to empower people to develop positive affirmations in order to change negative situations.
